The customer service is what it's about here. Adam Putnam worked day and night to get us the car we wanted. We even had his cell that we would text and send pics and change our mind twenty times :) and he would always answer and find us whatever we decided on. He made it happen. "Best Car Buying Experience To-Date"

I had been working with John on finding a new S-Class for a few months now. Just two weeks ago I finally went in and finalized and now I have the keys to a brand new, beautiful 2015 S-550. John helped with informing me about so many aspects of buying a new S-550. We discussed on numerous occasions whether I should go for ordering a new 2016 or simply purchase a 2015. He was of phenomenal help throughout the entire process, from explaining functions to how pricing generally works. He provided phenomenal service. I also worked with Adam who was crucial in helping to gather all of the paperwork as John was out on personal leave for a couple of visits we made to the dealership. Adam worked tremendously hard to ensure that our experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte was nothing but of the platinum level of service and satisfaction. Adam and John were incredible in accommodating our needs and desires from Day 1. There is no other dealership or salespersons I would deal with for any future besides John and Adam. John is a tremendously knowledgeable and hard working, genuine person. Adam, too, is nothing less. I will recommend John and Adam to any and all of my family and friends looking for a no-hassle, stress-free, and superior car-buying experience. Thanks to both John Glaser and Adam Putnam, I am happily driving around a beautiful S-550 with which I am now truly in love; I would not change the experience for anything at all, as it was truly the ideal experience at a tremendous dealership with even better people, John and Adam.

My purchase was a very interesting experience. We initially made contact with John Glaser, and he was very helpful. I found the car online and made initial contact with him via phone. He went out of his way to send me pictures of everything I requested. Unfortunately we are from out of town and had to drive to see the car on a weekend. We were a little late for our meeting and John had another client he was working with. So we got the "INTERESTING" opportunity to meet Adam Putnam to do the deal. I do understand that he was not aware of all the conversations that John and I had, but the deal was done, pending a test drive and visual inspection. Needless to say Adam was not very helpful and very uneducated on the Lexus SUV. It would have been a more pleasurable experience if we could have just test drove the car and left a check with no interaction from Adam. Then after all the "lackluster" attitude and several hours to get the deal pulled together, he tells us there is no spare key! This was just "icing on the cake" for a terrible situation. I kept my cool and went over to John and asked if he could take care of this for me. He said that he would and kept the deal together. When a sales person tells you after everything has been done that you have just bought a car for nearly $50k but we are not providing you a spare key??? His exact words were,"sometimes these things happen and we don't provide keys if it is not a Mercedes(or car we carry)". I hope you feel as I do and that this is not the way the issue should have been handled, but maybe that is your policy and I was just misinformed. Again, the store was beautiful and everyone was very polite and helpful(except our salesman), from Marc in the payment office to the lady at the front desk we enjoyed speaking with all of them. Just felt like we got stuck with the salesman with "no leads for the day". Please note that John Glaser was very helpful and is taking care of the only issue we had still pending. I appreciate him doing the right thing. To end this with rant on a lighter note, It is never good when you purchase a car and the salesman(Adam) couldn't even figure out how to get the tag on the car!!! Wow!!! You know you are dealing with a expert! Thanks for all your time and I appreciate the experience. I am in Sales as well and have reevaluated my sales team after this purchase. Shaun Murphy

We purchased 2 pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles from Adam Putnam during a 6 month period in 2013. Adam Putnam was our sales consultant both times and was nothing less than stellar. He provided us with great attention to detail and made sure that we got not only a great deal, but exactly what we were looking for. He has great communication skills and is very straightforward but not the least bit pushy. He is very knowledgeable and took his time in showing us different options. We never felt pressured. He was truly a pleasure to work with and a great, Christian, family-oriented salesman - certainly not what you would or might expect from a typical high end car salesman. We love both of our vehicles (GL 450 and ML350) and will most certainly come back to Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte and Adam for all of our needs in the future. We have been very pleased with all aspects of our interactions at M-B of S. Charlotte - from Adam, to Fred the delivery manager, to Ken the finance manager, to Barry in service and everyone in between. Thank you!
