BUYER BEWARE - If I could give 0 stars I would. No one takes action even all the way to the top with the GM Andrew Turransky. I started leasing a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee in October from Blake Redf No one takes action even all the way to the top with the GM Andrew Turransky. I started leasing a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee in October from Blake Redfern who was a problem in himself. He lied to me about multiple aspects of the vehicle right from the beginning. Took us on a test drive of a vehicle that did not end up being the vehicle I took home. I've been at Kelly Jeep 7-8 times with mechanical issues that they "fix". A week after it's been "fixed", I'm back up there with the same issues. They've had my car now since June 20th, told me they will fix it and keep it longer so they can continue to drive it to see if the issue returns. Well I've been consistently checking my vehicle app and the car was last driven on June 26th for .5 miles... yet they just called yesterday to say it's ready and fixed. I've been told they would contact Jeep directly regarding the lemon law to see if Jeep will take the car back. They did not. I had to open my own case with Jeep and now for 3 weeks Jeep is telling me the service manager, Adam Ragab will not reply to Jeep's multiple attempts to contact him regarding all my issues. Everyone at Kelly Jeep gives you the run around and tries to continue to sell me. I have reiterated that I do not feel safe in this vehicle and Kelly JEEP says too bad, nothing we can do but try and fix it. It's been 10 months now of them trying to fix a very expensive vehicle I pay monthly for and NEVER get to drive. I've been leasing JEEPs for over 10 years and I would tell any customer looking to lease to go elsewhere. This is a brand new car, the issues I've been having with this vehicle should not be happening this early in my lease. Quirk Jeep in Dorchester is a great company to use instead of Kelly Jeep of Lynnfield. More

My car was in the shop for two weeks, during which I experienced poor communication and numerous delays. I had to proactively call the dealership for updates, as they rarely reached out to me. I attempted to contact the manager several times, Adam Ragab, but the service department consistently informed me that he was busy or in meetings. They assured me he would return my calls, but he never did. I even sent him an email outlining my concerns, yet he didn’t bother to respond. This lack of accountability likely explains why his service department is so poorly managed under his leadership. The numerous negative reviews from other customers seem to support this conclusion. More

Service communication was absolutely horrendous. I had to drive to the dealership twice in 2 day to communicate with Service Advisor and Service Manager. Service advisor never called me. Had a routine oil change on 2/24/24 Sunday the next day there was a big amount of oil under the engine. We bring the car back to see what went wrong. This dealer never recognized on any wrong doing. They s there was a big amount of oil under the engine. We bring the car back to see what went wrong. This dealer never recognized on any wrong doing. They sent my wife home on a Uber and said they will call her when the car is completed. Also they added that this should be only a few hour. The dealership never call us back on that Monday and they kept the car without calling and with NO communication that they had to keep the car.. This dealership has no care in the world on their customers life and how important this cars are to us. A simple phone call and better planning would be nice to the customer. My wife missed 2 days of work and my daughter missed also 2 days of school. The problem here is that the dealership had yet to accept that they didn’t something wrong while doing a routine oil change on Saturday or any apologies…. Be aware out there. STAY AWAY!!!! More

Once this dealership sells you the vehicle even brand new their service falls flat on its face. They took my brand new for a recall. They had it 3 1/2 weeks the first two weeks they didn’t touch it every wor their service falls flat on its face. They took my brand new for a recall. They had it 3 1/2 weeks the first two weeks they didn’t touch it every word that came out of Joe and Adam’s mouth, the two service managers was completely false. I showed up unexpected and caught them off. God found my jeep in the back not being touched. I would absolutely recommend anyone considering buying a vehicle from here to never go back and have it serviced elsewhere. All anyone needs to do is look under the reviews , first in every complaint is the same More
