I have had nothing but problems with my truck purchased from them only 6 months ago/$16,000. This shop has failed every time to correctly remedy and/or do the appropriate repairs. Within several days the same problem exists and new ones appear. I haven had my truck I. Their shop at least 20 times. Thank god I bought an extended warranty which has already paid for itself. I have learned this is how they make their money but the inconvenience and lack of a satisfactory resolution is unsettling at best. This warranty purchased was so overpriced and especially in light that it is about to expired and documentation still has to been provided to me. I aim to prevail in every legal manner I can in the near future. Beware this was intentional fraud More

Most of my issues with financing, said they could get me a select rate and then was unable to do so. Then wanted to set up smart pay, I agreed and let them know I was salary and only get paid twice a month. a select rate and then was unable to do so. Informed him a couple times yet he still set me up biweekly pulls instead of twice a month so I had to call smart pay myself to fix it More

Salesman and Account Manager were good. However, I was disappointed because when I got caught in one of Colorado's snow storms the windshield wipers left a lot to be desired. According to the paperwork they gave me, the windshield wipers were new. I stopped at O"Relly and had new ones installed and they worked much better. It just made me wonder if there was something else not done on the punch list they showed me. More
