Did not appreciate the lack of transparency of the numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. I will never buy a car from there again. It took 10 days for delivery. I was provided a loaner car twice. I had no issue with them carrying on their business, but the only reason why I had the loaner in the first place was because they hadn’t given me my car to drive. I was being charged for the loan, but still didn’t have the car. I was told they needed to order a part. But I’m not certain why they would have a vehicle on the lot for sale that was not ready for purchase. I still don’t have both of my tags back. I was grossly overcharged. The organization as a whole is poorly managed. Everything about the process, but one or two people was absolutely painful. Do yourself a favor and run the other direction. More
