They don’t deliver on their promises! There was a work order to fix some thing on my vehicle, but they couldn’t get it done in the two days they had it before we were heading out of town. There was a work order to fix some thing on my vehicle, but they couldn’t get it done in the two days they had it before we were heading out of town. They said they would reimburse for me to have it done where I moved, but then they only offered to pay half of what it cost to actually get it fixed even though the work order did not specify an amount. They won’t share the actual quote they got to fix it or where they were going to have it done, so that I could use the quote to compare. They also claimed to have given me a “discount” but actually just added it back in as dealer fee fees. I paid cash, but three weeks later I still don’t have the title from them. Communication by all parties is significantly lacking.! Lesson learned, if you’re gonna buy a vehicle remotely! It has been one big headache, and I will not deal with them ! More

Did not appreciate the lack of transparency of the numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. Sealed my receipt in an envelope so I couldn't numbers for my purchase. I paid over 2k over the sticker price and they never showed me the numbers. Sealed my receipt in an envelope so I couldn't see the real numbers until registration. It's extremely dishonest and I feel slighted. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless they like to to swindled. Good fast service. Hopefully saved me from spending $2k on repairs that another service center said I needed. I will never buy a car from there again. It took 10 days for delivery. I was provided a loaner car twice. The first car I was told to bring back early because they were in the process of selling it to someone else. I had no issue with them carrying on their business, but the only reason why I had the loaner in the first place was because they hadn’t given me my car to drive. I was being charged for the loan, but still didn’t have the car. I was told they needed to order a part. But I’m not certain why they would have a vehicle on the lot for sale that was not ready for purchase. I still don’t have both of my tags back. I was grossly overcharged. The organization as a whole is poorly managed. Everything about the process, but one or two people was absolutely painful. Do yourself a favor and run the other direction. More
