They had us in and out within 35 minutes of arriving! Papers signed and Adam explained features so I would be able to use them! It was an awesome experience! More

Adam Russell was my sales person and did a great job helpi I bought a new Ford F150 Limited from Bill Utter Ford last week and had a great experience. Adam Russell was my sales person and did a great job helping me to get a fair deal on my trade. He took his time allowing me to pick a few roads to drive on on the test drive, and went over every aspect of the truck. Denise Wolfe, the accessories/parts person, was very kind and a joy to work with. I haven't had a Ford for a long time, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality, technology, and comfort of this new truck, which for me, is a lot of fun and relaxing to drive. Ford did a great job on the 2018 trucks and you'll get a good deal and friendly people to help you at Bill Utter Ford in Denton. I give this dealership 5 stars. More

To buy a car I have delt with Adam Russell and bought 2 cars in the past 3 years from him. I have worked at Ford dealerships for almost 30 years and seen many car I have delt with Adam Russell and bought 2 cars in the past 3 years from him. I have worked at Ford dealerships for almost 30 years and seen many car sales people in this time frame and Adam is the best one. If I need another new or used car I will be sure to look him up. All total I have bought 2 new and 1 used car from this dealership. Adam explained everything in detail to me and all my options , financing and warranty and explaining all options on the vehical so I can get years of enjoyment out of it I am totally comfortable buying from him. Another salesperson made coffee when I found the coffeepot was empty. I got a trade-in quote on my old Ford F150 that was lower than I expected but was resonably explained. I bought a truck elsewhere, not a Ford Dealer though. In the future I will still check with Bill Utter Ford if I am in the market for a vehicle. More
