He put me on hold for a minute and came back to the phone and said come get it. We picked up the vehicle on a Saturday and Adam spent a solid 30 minutes going over the features with my wife. I was in and out within a hour. Kenneth in Financing did not pressure us in warranties or additional services I did not want. He just let us know they were available and I was done in 15 minutes.
