I'm happy to say that Adam Russell and Bill Utter Ford were completely different. There was no pressure and no false promises. The agreed upon price was to include minor dent repair and even after the sale was 100% complete, they followed through exactly as promised. All you have to do is look at the reviews of Bill Utter compared to those of the other large dealerships in the area and it becomes obvious that they're doing something better than the competition.
