WE loved working with Mr. Russell. We loved working with Mr. Russell (our salesman) who didn't remind of us of a typical "salesman". HE seemed sincere and genuine. Not like someone who was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. I was thoroughly impressed with the young boy who was running around taking care of all the little things. We had come to the dealership on Friday night when it was closing and we first talked to the young boy (sorry, I didn't catch his name) who sought our a dealer immediately all the while trying to hurry and get everything locked up. The next day he was there bright and early spreading that energy around again making sure the car we wanted was cleaned and gassed up. He seemed like a work horse with a ton of energy. Whoever he is, he needs a raise! I don't see his name on the list. More
