very disappointing after three previous visits customer service appears to lost focus, service writer dropped the ball, got sidetracked, forgot my vehicle completely! When I located the service writer and asked what was going on with my vehicle, since it was sitting there wet, he said he turned it over to Matthew who brought the paperwork to the clerk .?? More

That service department ROCKS The service department is fast, clean and so helpful. They take almost no time in getting you signed in and getting to your car needs. All of the serv The service department is fast, clean and so helpful. They take almost no time in getting you signed in and getting to your car needs. All of the service writers and very nice and after only a few visits they actually do remember you. It's like seeing a friend. I trust them, and they never try to over-sell you. The mechanics are all top notch and know their Subaru's. If they find something they will tell you if it needs immediate attention, or it can wait. More
