Polite, clean, efficient Adam went out of his way to meet my time needs. When I picked up the car there was still some adhesive residue on the wheels. Sloppy Service I took my '15 Outback in for service and a rear brake issue. I informed the agent of my concerns and since this dealer had replaced my rear brakes at I took my '15 Outback in for service and a rear brake issue. I informed the agent of my concerns and since this dealer had replaced my rear brakes at high dollar cost within the last year, I was confident they would take care of things. I was wrong. Upon the return of my serviced vehicle, I was told that the brake noise was just due to some rust and that the pads were still good, nothing to worry about. Over the nest few days, the noise got worse. Since the dealer had deemed it good and safe, I took it to Import Minded. I'm glad I did. Upon their inspection, they found that the calipers were frozen. How could the dealer miss this? I'm kinda glade they did, Import Minded had to replaced the rotors, pads, and calipers. And they did it for hundreds less than the dealer would have, if they would have done a real inspection. Goodbye dealer, trust has been broken. More

Wonderful Service The Kenosha, Wisconsin Subaru dealership has been a wonderful experience from my purchasing my 2018 Outback one year ago... to the service needs perfo The Kenosha, Wisconsin Subaru dealership has been a wonderful experience from my purchasing my 2018 Outback one year ago... to the service needs performed throughout this year. I appreciated Lori's patient consideration over my decision, not pushing, but giving information and allowing me to take my test drives to feel the comfort and learn the luxury of a Subaru. I have 17,900 miles on my Outback. It is possibly the most favorite vehicle I have owned. I love the way the car handles on the road. We have had an especially icy/snowy winter, and this is the vehicle to traverse the road with . Others admire our choice as we chat in ice laden parking lots. The service technicians and service managers have been courteous, informational, knowledgable, and kind. The ease of getting in for servicing is important, and they have always been quite timely with me. One of my oil changes was in Gwinett County, Georgia. I was able to get into the service department within a day, and they had all the information they needed on their computers. They also were courteous, kind and efficient. This is a huge "PLUS" as we love to travel across the USA. More
