Wrangler Unlimited Hunt I recently bought a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I found "the one" while browsing the website. I was paired with Dyan Brittain to start the sal I recently bought a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I found "the one" while browsing the website. I was paired with Dyan Brittain to start the sales process. I arranged a test drive and dragged my feet for a while after the initial visit. I later decided to purchase the vehicle and found out it had been traded to a dealership in Indy! While I was disappointed, Adam Sauerland assured me he could take care of and retrieve the vehicle for me. In the fall of 2011, I purchased my first new Dodge. Our 2012 Journey performed flawless for four year and 140,000 miles. With extensive miles and many service events, the O’Daniel service department met or exceeded my expectations. When making a purchase decision, staying with an organization that has supported the product made the dealer choice easy. The vehicle choice came next, my easy path would have been another Journey. With uncertainty, other models were accessed as an option. With professionalism the Journey, Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee were presented. All questions were answered, with a genuine effort to understand my vehicle needs. The management group, need to know the process of servicing the customer created another vehicle sale. I had always went thru the dealership across the street from Odaniels and I was going to go back because of the disappointing visits earlier in the day but a coworker told me to go talk to Adam at Odaniels. He said that he was a great guy to work with on my lease. I am so glad I did. He was so informative and made sure that Jeep matched up to what I wanted. He didn't try to get me into something that was more then I needed. He got me into exactly what I wanted. I love the Jeep and the experience I had at Odaniels. Thank you so much Adam More
