When we had questions she was always there to answer them. We would absolutely work with her again. We were also able to get a price we were comfortable with. I would give the sales department 5 stars. The financing department was where we had issues. We felt it was misleading when dealing with the extended warranties. They made us think that the only way to get a better percentage rate was to purchase a warranty not even backed by chysler. We went ahead with purchasing and we're not happy. They did resolve the issue but we were still unhappy with the way they handled the presentation of rates and warranties. More

Worse experience in the world I started out the day telling this manager, Adam, that I had a deal for the same vehicle in Lima. We were there in the morning waiting for an hour, (t I started out the day telling this manager, Adam, that I had a deal for the same vehicle in Lima. We were there in the morning waiting for an hour, (this dealership is always soooo slow) only to have my daughter walk out. He calls us later and offers us the exact same deal that we asked for that morning, except he acted like he did us some kind of a favor. We return that night, only because Roberta, our sales lady is such a great sales person, and had to wait an additional 2.5 hours to get this deal done. I confronted Adam about this and told him he was making me work too hard to spend my money. He had the smuggest attitude, never offered an apology; but tried to give an excuse. Again, kudos to Roberta for her salesmanship, but a big ol fat failure to the manager Adam. This is the 4th vehicle that we have bought from Roberta. There will not be a 5th!!! Thanks Adam for ruining a great relationship! More
