Adam was great to work with, the whole process was seamless. Purchased a used 2019 Q7, the car was perfectly detailed. When I drove to lot and walked towards the show case cars I was Not bumbared by salesmen. They gave me my space as I was hoping. I then went inside the dealership As soon as I walked in the door it was held I was Not bumbared by salesmen. They gave me my space as I was hoping. I then went inside the dealership As soon as I walked in the door it was held open for me to enter. Felt like royalty. Still was not approach like wild and pushy salesmen usually do. Adam introduced himself as soon as looked at him to signal I was ready to helped. He was asked if I needed to something to drink asked if I wanted to have a seat so I can let him know what I was needing in a vehicle. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable or rushed. It was almost closing time I came in too late and it didn't matter to them. They all welcomed me in as if they had all the time in world just for me. I was very lucky that I had Adam as my salesman. After I explained what I was needing in car and what was the car I would purchase if I was able to purchase if I could a new one (I was looking for a used car) anyway he explain if the car I'm wanting to purchase is not in this lot he has the authority to search any other lot to find the exact car I wanted. I asked what do u available here now? He immediately presented the vehicles I was describing. By the 3rd showing I he found the exact car I was wanting! Plus it had more! Back in financing I had never had such an awesome experience as I did. He even gave me advice on other big decisions I need to make with finances. I truly thank him for that as well. In my whole life of purchases cars since I was 16 (I'm now 59)I had never ever had such a awesome experience as I did here at Lincoln dealership. Everyone I know I will definitely recommend they stop their search and go directly to them! THANK YOU ALL FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I had that I thought would be so dreadful as usual. ❤️ More
