When I initially walked onto the lot, I was immediately approached by friendly staff asking me if I needed help looking for a specific car. The staff here don’t breathe down your neck trying to sell you certain cars, instead they give you space to browse until you’ve found something you like. The cleanliness of the dealership is superb. You won’t find trash On the floor or dirty windows at this place. Also, note that this is a dealership that mostly carries German vehicles and that’s a big plus because they know what they’re talking about when it comes to these cars. Overall, if you’re looking for affordable luxury vehicles with amazing friendly staff and great service, THIS is the dealership to visit. I highly recommend anyone to come by and just look around. My Mercedes is a money pit I bought a C300. I was initially happy with the experience although I was hoping it would take less than 3 hours to buy a car. Every week I have had I bought a C300. The online completion of paperwork saved us time at the dealership and couldn't have been simpler. The gal responsible for securing financing was pleasant and easy to work with. Everything in the dealership was designed to be efficient and no pressure. I liked that the sales consultants are not commission based so I felt no pressure from them to buy. They had knowledge about all the vehicles, listened to my list of wants, and helped us find the perfect car. The prices were extremely fair and competitive as well. We couldn't be happier! More

When our other Mercedes developed a problem, we decided to take Adam Sirca's advice and use Fishers Import's Service Department. Simon Turner resolved the problem promptly at a cost much lower than that we'd have paid at the Mercedes dealership. In summary, whether we need Service or purchase another vehicle we'll be heading to Fishers Imports! More
