My A4 I have a leased car originally brand new. Now that the lease is up soon, I have a few options. Not sure what I’ll do. The water coolant pump went out I have a leased car originally brand new. Great group of service folks Been taking both my Audi’s since I got them and didn’t even buy it from Rusnak. The one Audi dealer tried to tell us we need brakes and the car was a Been taking both my Audi’s since I got them and didn’t even buy it from Rusnak. The one Audi dealer tried to tell us we need brakes and the car was a a3 TDI and had 20,000 miles. I knew it didn’t and stopped going there. My 2nd Audi I purchased from another dealer. During the tome I bought my Audi I saw a service person pulling out to service a car and was parked parallel. The person hit the car behind him and just kept going. These guys have been professional and have been going here since 2014. Easy folks and there to take care of the issue and do it right. Wouldn’t go to another dealership and will buy my next Audi from Rusnak. More

Excellent experience!! I was able to get an appointment immediately, was met with kind smiles when I dropped off the car. Was told in detail what was going to be done and gi I was able to get an appointment immediately, was met with kind smiles when I dropped off the car. Was told in detail what was going to be done and given a loaner car. My car was returned on schedule with all work performed. Very happy with the people and work done at Rusnak. This is my second Audi and I have been having my cars serviced there for the past 10 years and would go nowhere else. Service staff take the extra time to explain any repa The service here blows away any competition from any other dealership I have worked with so far. Service staff take the extra time to explain any repair or service item, and all options that you have for dealing with it. They will take the time to actually check records and make sure that the customer does not do the same service twice, or overlook a potential coupon. Tires aren't checked on the ground with 30% of it hidden - the car is put on a lift and properly evaluated. It's so simple to execute properly, but many service centers just don't take the time, and Rusnak/Westlake Audi does everything right. Right for the customer and right for the vehicle. More
