Nice new facility, friendly and professional sales staff. I dropped off my VolvoXC90 for a required service and recall for a software update. The service writer said that the total time should be about 1.5 I dropped off my VolvoXC90 for a required service and recall for a software update. The service writer said that the total time should be about 1.5 to 2 hours. After 3 hours, i went to the service writer’s desk, he was not there. A different service writer investigated and said that the car was almost ready. I finally received the car after 3.5 hours. I was told that there was no problem. No reason was given for the excessive delay. I asked to speak to the service manager and he had no answer as to why it took so long but he did apologize for the delay and would get back to me. He did not. Love the car, my salesperson Kevin Gonzalez is great. The Service Department needs to upgrade their communication and speed. More

This is my 2nd Volvo a 21 I loved so I purchased the 26 I truly truly do not like all the technical items they added. Too complex and not necessary I would not recommend Volvo I have 2 friends same issue truly truly do not like all the technical items they added.
