The sales team was fantastic at this dealership and we figured the service would follow suit but that was far from true. For over a week we were instructed to call back as they had someone out sick and co figured the service would follow suit but that was far from true. For over a week we were instructed to call back as they had someone out sick and could not discuss repairs with us until they returned, there was a serious lack of communication from the service advisor once we were allowed to drop the vehicle and parts took forever to arrive.
