I was not happy that when I signed for a $160 oil change that another $20 was added on top of that for shop fees. This is very deceptive and greedy in my opinion. This fee was buried in the super fine pri that another $20 was added on top of that for shop fees. This is very deceptive and greedy in my opinion. This fee was buried in the super fine print that there is a 12% shop fee for all work done. The advertised price was 159.99, not 159.99 plus 12% shop fees. Then on top of that they wanted to charge another 3% for using a credit card. I would advise to stop nickel and diming your customers and maybe they will return. I voiced my opinion with the manager only to be told that I am welcome to go elsewhere. That’s sounds like a plan to me. More
