I have been working with Subaru for over four years. I started in the business development call center, where I acquired all my current knowledge for Subaru. After being a very successful BDC representative, I have decided to pursue a career as a sales professional. I believe I work for the safest and most reliable vehicle manufacturer in the market. Not only do I work for something I believe in, I am also a consumer myself. In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my family and going on adventures. My goal as a sale manager is to provide a hassle free experience and make sure all my customers leave happy and satisfied. Buying a vehicle is the second largest purchase we make. My car was in for service getting new key fobs. It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs becau It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs because you can't just go get a key made. I'm glad subaru made the experience pleasant. The price and lengthy time for the coding was not pleasant, but Thomas in service kept me in the loop and eased my concerns. I would recommend this dealership for all your needs. More

The Lakewood Subaru dealer really takes good care of you when you buy a car from them. They check in on you to make sure that you are enjoying your car. My 2016 Crosstrek was and probably is still a great car. I always brought it to PineBelt for service and never had a problem with it except for a starting problem that one of the service managers picked up I always brought it to PineBelt for service and never had a problem with it except for a starting problem that one of the service managers picked up on a test drive with me. I was the problem! The staff all seem to know what they're doing. I knew I was going to stick with Pine Belt when I decided to get a more fuel responsible car. So far I'm enjoying every learning moment with my new Hybrid Crosstrek! More
