My wife and I went in to purchase a Lexus TX 350 -- we had done our research and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to pay. Initially there wasn't much of a negotiation, so we were prepared to leav had done our research and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to pay. Initially there wasn't much of a negotiation, so we were prepared to leave. At that point, another associate, Adel, got involved -- he saved the deal, and in all seriousness - would be the only reason I would even consider using them again. I made a deal with Adel quickly, then proceeded to wait over 3 hours to get in to the "finance" guy. We had to return the next day to finalize the paperwork and drop off the bank check. My wife went as I had to pick our son up at camp down the cape. We were both on the Title of the vehicle we were trading in. The salesperson that day told my wife we couldn't do that and made her file for a new registration. Since I was on the original Title - that meant that I had to then go in for a 3rd day to sign paperwork. Now when my wife was there on that Friday, she had to call me multiple times to put me on speakerphone because things just weren't working out. Luckily, Adel saw that she came over - and took over the deal -- not sure what he did but he made it so my wife could take the car that day and return on Monday to finish everything. (In the dealers defense it was July 4th weekend and my insurance was closed -- but because the initial person screwed things up, I would now need to sign more paperwork) I arrived bright and early at 9am like instructed -- the insurance binder was transferred by 10am. By 1130 I was getting INCREDIBLY antsy and frustrated as I was now approaching the 10th hour of either me, my wife, or both of us waiting in this dealership. At this point, I decided to take a walk and head to Derby St to get something to eat (right across from the dealer) -- only to have the salesman track me down to Cava because I needed to sign another piece of paper. At this point I lost it -- returned to the dealer and asked to speak to a manager. The salesman knew that things had gone south and tried to smooth things over with an offer for 2 tanks of gas. It was a nice gesture, but at this point it was about the time and how the F does this happen at such a large dealer. The Sales Manager was then made aware of how this "deal" had gone down, the mistakes that were made, and apologized profusely. He refunded us a small portion to make up for the time. At this point it wasn't about the money - I'm not an idiot and took it - but this whole experience left me incredibly sour about our experience there and if we ever buy another Lexus I doubt it will be through them. If you do decide to use Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingham -- ask for Adel -- definitely saved my deal and even though I have nothing nice to say about the dealership at this point -- I would give him a glowing review. More

I’ve never a smoother experience at any dealership. This would mark my 15th lease and by far the easiest process. Sammy and the team at Herb chambers were absolutely amazing to work with. Saeed and Everson were excellent sales professionals! Would buy from them again However, a bit disappointed in car prep at delivery- plastic stuck on corner dashboard- rear window has film/dirty.
