I researched the car Audi Q7 and went to location and was assigned to Adam . He was knowledgeable about the financing. He made little to no conversation regarding the vehicle. We went for test drive he turn assigned to Adam . He was knowledgeable about the financing. He made little to no conversation regarding the vehicle. We went for test drive he turn on heated seat still no detail about car. Upon receiving. Car the muffler was dangling and a foreign substance vomit like was in back passenger floor. Both instances were concerning due to the obvious sight of discrepancy. I was appalled of this service from a flagship dealership. This was something I would expect from a mom and pop auto center. It let me with a unforgettable feeling of my business was not important as other customers. I was informed to return vehicle which was inconvenient due to my new schedule. Overall it was high priority to sell the unit but on satisfying the customer was least important when vehicle was delivered. A sad unsatisfied customer especially when I choose Lexus Hingham to initiate the car buying process. I hoped love ones and friend would not like to encounter this subpar customer service. More

Not good customer service at all. Every time I was at the dealership(4 times In the last 8 weeks) I was there for multiple hours getting the run around from the sales department. I ha Every time I was at the dealership(4 times In the last 8 weeks) I was there for multiple hours getting the run around from the sales department. I had bought a car from them(which came from the Sharon dealership also paid cash for the car! ) and notice all my back seatbelts were torn. I bought the car back and they gave me a rental and said they would replace the back seat belts. A week later I went to pick the car up and noticed that there was a HOLE in the rear deck lid(which I would think the technician working on the car would have noticed). I showed the service writer and they grab a technician and they stated it’s from mice(I bought a L CERTIFIED USED CAR so how could they miss ALL 3 seat belts in the back torn/eaten from mice. I could not put a kid in the back because they seat belts are not safe in case of an accident). I was told to take the car back for the night and wait to hear from the used car sales manager ADEL. He called me and said they are buying the car back because of more evidence of mice being in the car and they would give the car back to Sharon(Since they Certified it, which I would think and expect a hingham technician would at the very least go thru it to make sure nothing was missed but I guess not). We then went back a week later to look at other cars they had. We selected a newer and was told they just got it on trade in the day before and have to wait to get the title before we could do the paperwork for it. They said it would be 7-10 business days. They did let us keep the rental. So day 10 comes and we have not heard a word from them. So we called ADEL and was told something happened with Lexus finical and we would have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 business days. So when they finally called we went in to do the paper work and look the car over again. They said we could take the car that day but opted to wait until the car was properly registered and had a state inspection sticker on it. The sales man said it would be a few more days and he would call. He called 5/25/23 and said it was ready and I said I came come the following Wednesday 5/31/23 to pick it up at 3pm. He said ok sounds good. I then texted him that morning to remind him I was going to be there at 3, he said see you then. I get to the dealership at 3:15(because of boston traffic) and he said the car failed the inspection for emission and that he had a person driving it now. I said ok. I waited u til 5pm to get my car. So to sum up my experience with the SALES department I would say it’s the worst I have ever had buying a car that I paid CASH FOR. I did the best I could understanding and working with them but ultimately I feel I didn’t matter to any of them. They just wanted my money and could care less how they treated me. I do NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT AT HERB CHAMBERS LEXUS OF HINGHAM More
