Worst Service Experience ever The Car is under warranty and had several recalls; each and every time the recall issue was fixed, something else prompted the car to go back to them. Took the car (Van) back Tuesday for oil defeat, no rental available. Wednesday the car prompted the airbag light. Car is not fixed, no parts in store and the staff change their story each time we ask the status of the car. It's a Business Van, moneys are lost and the latest story questions the warranty when the paper given form them shows $0,000. Absolutely the worse experience and the most horrible customer service. More

Adel Ubeid took the the time to walk through all of the services offered with my lease, even though he was staying over past the end of his shift. I really needed a car that could give me great gas mileage and help make my life more efficient since I don't have a lot of time to spare as a doctorate student. Adel showed that he really cared about finding a car that worked for me. I would recommend Jennings to anyone, and I won't lease from another Chicagoland auto store aside from Jennings! More

My Friend Steve Kroes(who has worked at Jennin Having purchased many new cars in the past, this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. My Friend Steve Kroes(who has worked at Jennings as a Technician for 30 plus years) suggested this car to me and Introduced me to Adel Ubeid, my salesman. Adel did a fantastic job, he got me the best price possible and got me a fair price for my trade-in. Glen did my financing and obtained a great rate on a 60 month loan. I am usually exhausted after purchasing a new car due to the high pressure sales tactics, the dickering back and forth and having to beg for a fair price for a trade-in. None of this took place on the day I purchased my Impala from Adel and Jennings. When I left the dealership I felt excited about my new car and really enjoyed the way I was treated. It's the first time I enjoyed buying a new vehicle. A very special Thank you to Steve Kroes, Adel Ubeid, Glen and Mr. Jennings. Mr Jennings should be very proud to have these gentlemen as employees. Right way I knew I was talking to someone who was professional and very knowledgeable about this SUV. When I sent Adel an email he answered in 10 minutes and he was not even at work. His very quick response was a surprise. There was no pressure to purchase, very relaxed. We did purchase the SUV with confidence in the SUV and Jennings. We also met with Davis De Treville and he was quick with the paper work and a pleasure to deal with also. They all work so well together. We were there on Memorial Day and they actually had a BBQ.for anyone who was there. The "Chef" was very nice and the food was delicious. It is nice to know there are car dealers you can still trust without any pressure. The whole experience was very pleasant. Thank More

Great experience I bought a used bmw about three weeks ago. Adel was great from the outset. Got a fair price for my trade and the car looked like brand new. However I bought a used bmw about three weeks ago. Adel was great from the outset. Got a fair price for my trade and the car looked like brand new. However, one day later the headlight went bad. I I called Adel and he told me to return the car. Although technically they didn't have to fix it, they took the car back and fixed the headlight. I also got a loaner! Turns out it wasn't just a bulb, but the whole assembly neede replacement. They did it without cost to me. How impressive. I will return to them when the time comes. More
