I was looking to replace my Suburban after it was totaled in a crash. I shopped many dealers, close to 100 throughout WI and IL. I was not impressed with most of the dealers or sales people. I drove 80 miles to look at a suburban after having spoken to a sales person by the name of Adel Ubeid. Adel was very pleasant and respectful over the phone. From start to finish Adel was very polite, honest and respectful. He nevre tried to pushed me into a deal, nor was he heavy handed. He worked with me on a price that I was happy with. Most dealers don't budge and are insulting. He was the nicest sales person I have dealt with in many years. I have told other people of the experience I had and continue to recommend Adel Ubeid and Jennings Chevy to everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. Thank you Adel and Jennings Chevy. I purchased a new Equinox at Jennings. I was impressed with the way I was greeted every time I walked through the door. I worked through Internet Sales and had Adel as my salesman. He was attentive, con with the way I was greeted every time I walked through the door. I worked through Internet Sales and had Adel as my salesman. He was attentive, concerned and kept in contact during the weeks before I bought. He wasn't pushy as I've come to experience with some car dealers. I got a fair price, a great car and I owe it all to Adel. He didn't play the usual 'games' that car salesman have been known to do. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining all of the features of my car and I appreciate his care and concern. It was the best buying experience of my thirty ywears of buying automobiles. I was looking for a car for over 2 months; I visited numerous dealerships as comes with the territory of car shopping. And as expected very few of these dealerships had neither the car nor the customer numerous dealerships as comes with the territory of car shopping. And as expected very few of these dealerships had neither the car nor the customer service I was hoping to find. I came across a vehicle that I liked from Jenning VolksWlgon in Glenview. I contacted the dealership via email and promptly received a phone from a Sales man named Adel Ubeid. We chatted for few minutes about what I’m looking for in a car etc… I stopped over the weekend to the Dealership. I was extremely pleased with amount of the professionalism by all staff especially my salesman Adel Ubeid. Adel was extremely pleasant, not pushy and he was doing everything possible to help me get the car and price I was looking for. He actually listened to my needs and did everything possible to satisfy what I was looking for in a vehicle. Adel consistently exceeded my expectations. He followed thru in everything he promised. Finally we agreed on a price for a car that exceeded my expectation. Genuinely this is the best experience that I have ever had with a dealership. This dealership is not greedy and is not a dealership that will take advantage of you and rip you off of your money. I have read nothing but great reviews on Jennings and there reputation is well and much deserved. The customer service is impeccable which is hard to come by these days. This dealership is highly recommended and definitely where I will be coming in the future. Ade Ubeid has by all means earned my Loyalty as a customer. More

We have purchased alot of vehicles since we've been driving, but we were thoroughly impressed as well as satisfied with our experience with jennings chevrolet. We talked on the phone with Adel, after finding our 2009 chevy malibu over the internet and discussed trade-in. After coming to a tentative deal over the phone, we made an appointment to meet. Now, we weren't just around the corner, we had 4 hours to drive to get there, so we were taking a big chance, and believe me we discussed that this could be a wasted trip. After talking with Adel he helped us feel at ease, We got to Glenview and after a few minutes we got to meet Adel and then to see our car. Adel immediately took care of the concerns we had, got us drinks and handled every part of the car buying experience more professionally than we have ever been involved in. We were thoroughly impressed with Adel's attention to detail. After Adel did all his fancy foot work he introduced us to robert DiCicco to take care of the financing. Now after working with Adel we weren't expecting Bob to come close to be as professsional but sure enough Bob didn't miss a lick. He took care of all our questions and knew how to handle everything we were worried about. When we left Jennings Chevrolet to go home it felt like we were leaving home! As we pulled out we noticed they even set us up for our 4 hour trip home with a full tank of gas. Adel and Bob were awsome and would buy our next car from them and refer family and friends to them and Jennings Chevrolet. Thanks, we love our malibu ltz and our experience with Jennings! More
