From start to finish Adel was very polite, honest and respectful. He nevre tried to pushed me into a deal, nor was he heavy handed. He worked with me on a price that I was happy with. Most dealers don't budge and are insulting. He was the nicest sales person I have dealt with in many years. I was looking for a car for over 2 months; I visited numerous dealerships as comes with the territory of car shopping. I contacted the dealership via email and promptly received a phone from a Sales man named Adel Ubeid. We chatted for few minutes about what I’m looking for in a car etc… I stopped over the weekend to the Dealership. I was extremely pleased with amount of the professionalism by all staff especially my salesman Adel Ubeid. Adel was extremely pleasant, not pushy and he was doing everything possible to help me get the car and price I was looking for. He actually listened to my needs and did everything possible to satisfy what I was looking for in a vehicle. Adel consistently exceeded my expectations. He followed thru in everything he promised. Finally we agreed on a price for a car that exceeded my expectation. Genuinely this is the best experience that I have ever had with a dealership. This dealership is not greedy and is not a dealership that will take advantage of you and rip you off of your money. We have purchased alot of vehicles since we've been driving, but we were thoroughly impressed as well as satisfied with our experience with jennings chevrolet. We talked on the phone with Adel, after finding our 2009 chevy malibu over the internet and discussed trade-in. After coming to a tentative deal over the phone, we made an appointment to meet. Now, we weren't just around the corner, we had 4 hours to drive to get there, so we were taking a big chance, and believe me we discussed that this could be a wasted trip. After talking with Adel he helped us feel at ease, We got to Glenview and after a few minutes we got to meet Adel and then to see our car. Adel immediately took care of the concerns we had, got us drinks and handled every part of the car buying experience more professionally than we have ever been involved in. We were thoroughly impressed with Adel's attention to detail. After Adel did all his fancy foot work he introduced us to robert DiCicco to take care of the financing. Now after working with Adel we weren't expecting Bob to come close to be as professsional but sure enough Bob didn't miss a lick. He took care of all our questions and knew how to handle everything we were worried about. When we left Jennings Chevrolet to go home it felt like we were leaving home! As we pulled out we noticed they even set us up for our 4 hour trip home with a full tank of gas.
