Not easy but it worked out at the end After many trips and an experience which initially turned into a total disaster I was able to finally buy the truck I was looking for. This dealership After many trips and an experience which initially turned into a total disaster I was able to finally buy the truck I was looking for. This dealership struggles hardl with inventory management. Even when the website says they have something in the lot, there is no guarantee they do and it could take hours waking through the lot with a sales rep before you figure out. A day after my second visit to the dealership a finance manager called me to my cel phone at home and said they finally had the truck and he promissed to keep the keys with him and asked me to just come back to sign the documents. However when I got there 2 hours later he made me wait for 45 minutes to finally come out and tell me they vehicle had sold to another store and was no longer available. It took an extra 2 visit to get another truck in and even then i wasn’t able to take it home until the day after I signed the contract. In the bright side I love my new truck. More

Good salesman bad operator I had 2 bad experiences with salesmen and wasn't going to go back. I went back the day after the second one just to see what my credit report said whe I had 2 bad experiences with salesmen and wasn't going to go back. I went back the day after the second one just to see what my credit report said when they ran it. The guy that helped me get that was very nice. I then got a call from a new salesman that had only worked ther for 2 week named Richard. He was very professional on the phone so I figured I would give it one more try. He had another salesman helping him named Adil. They were both very helpful and I bought a truck. I would recommend both of them to anyone. I had to go back for a few things for my truck that I couldn't get the day i bought it only because that department was already closed. When I called to make and appointment the operator was very rude. 2 days in a row. She wouldn't let me finish what I was saying and was just rude the tone. I really wanted to say something to her but I dont like confrontation. More
