They were able to work with me to get a good deal on the vehicle that I wanted. That being said, I came in from out of state and the vehicle had damage to the interior that was not disclosed, nor was the v vehicle that I wanted. Only problem is with Ford not with the dealer or staff. Ford has made it VERY DIFFICULT to interface a CD player with its SYNC system. The help line was of no use as the rep on the help line had no solut Ford has made it VERY DIFFICULT to interface a CD player with its SYNC system.
