Overall very disappointed with our experience. We are currently in a dispute with the dealer regarding undisclosed damage they refuse to cover. The sales manager Kyle fed us some B.S. to make the sale day of regarding condition & now we are stuck with a devalued vehicle due to post sale located damage. They also pushed us into buying and taking home same day vs coming back without our kids by not letting us put money down and come back. Kyle has also made comments through the process disparaging our personalities which was not appreciated and unexpected. Unless Sunset decides to be honorable and fix our vehicle / make things right, we would not recommend doing business with them. Unfortunately it's a buyer beware situation for us as of now, we should have been more skeptical and would not have expected this out of a family owned dealership. More
