Adrian addressed my car issues in a very professional manner and displayed exceptional customer service. I cannot say the same for how my car was left after the rear struts were replaced. I was hearing a clacking noise coming in from the left rear strut the next day . I decided to take it back to Mazda service the following day and informed Adrian of the problem. He graciously agreed to take my car for a review. Several minutes later he approached me and stated that they had found the noise and that the bolts on the left strut had to be torqued more. I was a bit confused as to why I was allowed to take my car off the Mazda Lot with loose bolts. I am glad I caught the problem before things got worse. I hope that this can be addressed and make sure the mechanics are being thorough. Thank you More
