Great and quick experience. I was in and out within 2 hours. The whole staff was great from the very beginning, Jackie answered all of my questions about the car, and Adrian and Moe set me up with a grea hours. I would give 0 stars if i could. I drive over an hour and a half to come look at a car here (had an appointment) yet no one could even be bothered to get off their butt to greet me. Despite the poor customer a half to come look at a car here (had an appointment) yet no one could even be bothered to get off their butt to greet me. Despite the poor customer service from the beginning, i bought a Tesla x from them and had them deliver it. Upon delivery i took it to the Tesla service center and they found over $3700 worth of issues, one being a cracked windshield (it's illegal to sell a car with a cracked windshield in Illinois). I've called and texted sooo many times and they always say they need to talk to someone else and will get back to me. They never do. To make matters worse they had sold me an insurance for $1000 that supposedly would cover the broken windshield... I tried to use it and it didn't cover it. This place is filled with liars and scammers. I would NOT commend placing your trust or your money with them. More

Easy transition and friendly people. Only thing is manager Moe wouldn't fill the gas tank. Which I thought was not really good for business when I asked.
