The employees at the dealership were kind and generous. The vehicle was as described, and exceeded the photo presentation in quality. We came to a mutual agreement, and made it happen. The salesmen and manager were both knowledgeable, and courteous, they made me and my wife feel at home. I will definitely check on their inventory when it's time to make my next big purchase..... Good experience overall. Car was as described with no surprises. Two things below for which I have taken off one star from the review: 1. The dealer package included a mandatory $795 for a "DNA Trace surprises. Two things below for which I have taken off one star from the review: 1. The dealer package included a mandatory $795 for a "DNA Trace System" on the car as a security feature, which is basically a few stickers with some microdots . Looking online this seems like a total dealer money-making racket, especially for that price! 2. I had to chase them a bit to pay off the loan on the car I sold them. Whilst I understand it can take some time, there was lack of clarity on the timing. Jesse and team are nice folks though and they have a great selection of high-end cars! More
