I gave it a 5 star rating because it was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Adrian Nedelea. Not only was he extremely genuine he was also professional. I did not walk onto the lot at Honda of Columbia expecting to purchase a vehicle but instead to lease one. The more time I spent with Adrian, talking about my situation, the more inclined I became to purchase. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales were far superior to that of the salesmen that I have encountered previously at various car lots. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. My wife did her homework and some shopping around and we knew the deal that we needed to make things work for us. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Adrian to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that. Not only did I leave the lot with a brand new Honda CRV EX-L, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you Adrian!
