I had contacted the dealership online, inquiring about a specific vehicle. I was responded to quickly & professionally. I scheduled an appointment which was confirmed prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Sergio specific vehicle. I was responded to quickly & professionally. I scheduled an appointment which was confirmed prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Sergio greeted me showed the vehicle & accompanied me on the test drive. He was helpful & respectful during the sales process. The team moved quickly once a deal was made to complete the purchase. I had driven a rental to the dealership & they agreed to schedule a safe return to the agency. All of the available products and services offered were well presented without being forced upon me to allow for fact based decision making. Within 4 hours, the process was completed, the car was detailed, gassed up & ready for me to drive away. After the sale, I was contacted to assure satisfaction, offered further services & just to show gratitude for the opportunity to serve me. Thanks guys & gals! More

As a salesman, "Big Mac" was friendly, straightforward and kind without being smarmy or pushy. I do think his sales experience is reflected in his ability to read his customers and to be respectful of their needs and desires. As a sales manager, Adrian Pawlikowski, too was receptive and reasonable without engaging in the usual back and forth drama. My overall experience ended up being quite positive. At the end of the day, I think buying a used car should be enjoyable and not an exercise in prolonged torture. Based upon my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to future customers. I left feeling I bought a great car at a really good price. More
