Need a new Finance Manager First of all, we knew exactly which car we wanted before we arrived. The sales consultant got the car for us, we test drove the car and then decided w First of all, we knew exactly which car we wanted before we arrived. The sales consultant got the car for us, we test drove the car and then decided we did want to purchase the car. However, it still took over three hours to purchase the car, even though we had no financing and were paying for the car in full. Second, while we were at Del Toyota purchasing the car, the finance manager typed the wrong name on the paperwork and we caught it and she had to correct all the paperwork. Last, we went to the Department of Motor Vehicles tonight, spent two hours going there and returning home, only to find that we do not have the permanent tags and we have to go back to get our permanent tags because the finance manager didn't bother to give us the title to the vehicle, when we purchased the vehicle in full with a check. We trusted everything was in the envelope that we needed for the MVA, but it was not! Now, we cannot get in touch with the sales consultant or the finance manager to get our title sent to us. This is very frustrating and does not bode well with us. More

I came in looking for an Adventure model bu Adrian Sirbu did an awesome job showing me all of the RAV4's available and discussing the various models. I came in looking for an Adventure model but after test driving both models I decided to go with a Hybrid model. In addition to the 10+ increase in mpg, I felt the Hybrid XLE provided a more comfortable overall ride. Adrian was very knowledge of Toyota and we were able to comfortably discuss technology changes and the many different Toyota models over the years. I have been a die hard Toyota fan and we have owned Corolla's, a Celica, RAV4's, MR2's, a FJ Cruiser and a Prius in the past. I traded in my 2007 FJ Cruiser with this purchase and felt I received a good trade-in value. A big thanks to Adrian for all the time he spent with me and for getting be a great deal on the car. More
