HAPPY HIGHLANDING Dear Toyota, I recently purchased my 2019 Highlander at Del Toyota. I love my new vehicle. I was very impressed with their sales associate Adrian Si Dear Toyota, I recently purchased my 2019 Highlander at Del Toyota. I love my new vehicle. I was very impressed with their sales associate Adrian Sirbu. Adrian was very sincere and knowledgable on every aspect of the different Highlander models. Adrian's knowledge guided me in making my decision, he explained very well the difference in the many options to suit one's wants and needs. Also, I would like to mention his helpful assistant Angel Lewis, our delivery specialist. She was very pleasant and helpful. Disappointed My car has a large scratch in the tailgate and it was not able to be buffed out. We haven't heard anything since! Also it was to have an oil CHANGE.
