I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Adriana. I found my car online and called to check if it was still available and whether I could lease it since it was a 2026 model. She told me she’d confirm and call me right back — and within two minutes she let me know the leasing option wasn’t available but immediately offered to go over financing numbers with me. She gave me a fantastic trade-in value for my car, and within just two hours we had the entire deal worked out. I left a deposit the same day. I ended up being able to pick up the car four days earlier than expected, and she pulled everything together on short notice. The car was fully detailed and ready to go. Throughout the whole process, she was extremely responsive and communicated with me constantly over text. I’m in sales myself, so I really appreciate great follow-up and fast replies — and Adriana was honestly the best I’ve ever dealt with. On the day of pickup, I told her I didn’t want to go through a long list of financing add-ons or upsells, and she made sure that didn’t happen. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I normally hate car shopping, but this experience was different. For my next Benz, I’m going straight to Adriana. She made everything easy, smooth, and stress-free.
