Employees fill cafe lounge instead of working on vehicles. My oil change took 3 hours. Very nice facility but would get more accomplished with shorter wait times if the employees work rather than si vehicles. My oil change took 3 hours. I have a 2023 Hummer. I requested the service department to pick up the vehicle and give me a loaner car. I was told the vehicle would be picked up at 8:00 today.
