Michael Lombrozo was a true professional from the initial contact all the way through delivery of my new Lyriq. He made everything easy and straightforward. No games, no xx. Very detail oriented. When he saw that two valve stem caps were missing on my car delivery, he immediately found some and made sure everything was perfect. Sales team was very accommodating and helpful but I don’t feel like I was given enough info / assistance navigating the features of the car. Wow, where should I start? ? It started out great and once we agreed to a car & price,it all went downhill. Promises promises and all I do is chase them for what was promised to ?
