Had a legendary EXPERIENCE at Honda of New Rochelle. Within seconds upon entry I’m greeted and offered hand sanitizer; Happened to walk in on a Sunday pizza party 🍕 and the company even offered me not Within seconds upon entry I’m greeted and offered hand sanitizer; Happened to walk in on a Sunday pizza party 🍕 and the company even offered me not one slice.. but two slices!!! Who does that?! Adrien was attentive, professional, took my TIME into consideration and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. He even offered me water or coffee while I waited. The interaction didn’t feel forced at all; My credit isn’t the best due to Covid and he made sure to assure they would accommodate my situation to the best of his ability. After going home and considering other options, going home disappointed, the interaction with Adrien stood out and ultimately led me to go with Honda of New Rochelle and purchase MY FIRST VEHICLE! I’m stoked and couldn’t have imagined it any other way. The best experience imaginable! I’ll be definitely recommending any future business from family or friends More
