Took my car there for warranty work. Said needs a 02 sensor. We will order it and call you to schedule a day to fix it. Two weeks later no call. I called them and there trying to get it done through ford low mileage warranty. Two more weeks pass and I called AGAIN well I don’t understand why we didn’t call you. O ford hasn’t approved it yet. xxx. So I payed for extended warranty also I said why not just run it through that. Great idea. Well a week and nothing. I decided to sell car so I took it to a local ford dealer and they said $200 for the warranty I argued I bought a 100% warranty. So I called Zurich. They said no you have to pay 1st $200. That was not what bayside sold me but is that why they never called me idk. So I called bayside and the sales manager I dealt with was no longer there so the new guy “Kevin” said I’ll see what I can do to help you. I’ll call you back by 5pm. It’s been 4 weeks and no call back. They lost a sale bc I definitely would have went back before this happened. Thanks Bayside Ford. More
