Exceptional Salesmanship Visited the dealership on two different occasions to just browse. The first saleseperson was actively listening to our vehicle wants and needs. A few months went by, no pressure to purchase, no pressure to exchange information, just plain good vehicle talk. The salesperson suggested to come back during their sales event with local banking discounts. We chose to do exactly that. We test drive several vehicles. The salesperson ADMITTED to making a few errors regarding different vehicle trim levels. At that point the salesperson ensured we had accurate vehicle information to begin making a decision. The financing was exceptionally painless. All of the salespersons knew we were assigned to a particular salesperson, yet ensured we were comfortable with refreshments. It was obvioius that all salespersons have a vested interest in our purchase to be successful and satisfied. Absolutely NO PRESSURE, just good vehicle talk. Well Done. More
