I used my rewards points for the first time since I started accumulating them in 2019 when I bought the vehicle at this dealership. After purchasing the vehicle at this dealership and getting all of the service at this dealership for the past 7 years the points barely paid for half of an oil change! 7 years of loyalty didn't even get me an oil change! I purchased my last 3 vehicles at this dealership and all of the maintenance has been purchased at this dealership. It has really went downhill since Malloy took over. Over priced and under performed.

I brought my 21chey bolt for service I did not get clear
answer what they were going to do I talk to service manager he did not do anything I asked my car did not have enough charge to get me home he said M

I I made 70 miles trip and he told me the car wasn’t ready that a pen was missing and they forgot to order it.
At this time I will service my cars and buy my car elsewhere.
