The Audi Web site connected us with Ahamed Eboo, who was thoroughly knowledgable about the vehicle and patiently walked us through every step of ordering and waiting for delivery. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, my wife was impressed that I had clearly shopped around to find the best salesperson at Audi (I reluctantly admitted that I just got lucky with the assignment). If you have the choice, I strongly recommend that you work with Ahamed. In the finance office, Shaun processed our purchase efficiently and professionally, while answering all of our questions. The only thing Shaun could not answer was the estimated cost of maintenance over the first few years, but that's understandable, since no-one has ever owned this brand-new electric vehicle before.
