Great Experience! We went to Imperial just to look at options for a new vehicle. I wasn't sure what I was really looking for though I went with the intention of looking We went to Imperial just to look at options for a new vehicle. Chris McIntyre met my wife & I on the lot and gave us a quick overview of options and things to consider. We searched over the lot and saw a truck that peaked my interest. After a test drive and another Q&A session I was curious to see what the numbers would look like. Chris answered all my questions and kept it no pressure. As a salesman he asked the right questions to ensure what options would actually work for me. I then met with Ahmad Al-Jallad who went above & beyond to get a deal that worked for me. John did a great job in listening to what we wanted I was expecting the old bait and switch but we actually wound up buying the basic model that was advertised online and got a fair deal. The $25 certificate to the Miss Mendon diner next door was a nice touch as well. More
