Over the last year and a half ive financiallY taken a dive backwards unexpectedly. Through this struggle my car I was traveling in was so unsafe, it became dangerous for a second more on the road. Because my Financial spills, I walked in doubtful with the credit ive neglected to keep up with. I was told with the current situation I was financially in, there may be a slight chance to now ill get myself in exactly what i want Not only Do i owe imperial for the last 3 vehicles ive bough from them, but this experience i owe more do the gentlemen who helped me Through this discouraging time. I walked up to imperial chevrolet, a determined approach a salesman named Chris Foley took my lost intent under his wing an encouraged me through the doubtful process. He then connected me with a gentleman of the name Ahmad. While in fear of disapproval, he asked why i looked upset. I didnt have much to say. He informed me i would not leave that door unhappy. He then informed i would not leave imperial without jumping up & down. With evidence, i left imperial with the EXACT vehicle I went in for, AND JUMPING ON THE SEATS!!!! I was told the dealership and salesmen would take care of me hopes, with this experience, i am now on my third vehicle With heights of an experience. If i could recommend this service and sales of these representatives, i would Encourage to shop here, you're guaranteed what you wish for, credit or not, they will make a deal happen with no issues. Salesman Josh could not have been more helpful, and yet did not pressure me at all. He took care to ensure that the tax, title and registration process was completely painless and exceedingly quick. This process would normally have taken around seven days and he got it done in just three! Ahmad from finance was also extremely pleasant to deal with, and stayed late into the evening to ensure all the paperwork was done in one shot, and all details were covered. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle in the near future and will definitely be back in the future. More

My sales person was Josh Pepin and his effort to stick with the sale was outstanding as well. Between the both of them the level of professionalism was the most I had seen and I had been to a couple dealerships prior. There was no beating around the bush talk but straight forward ideas and open communication between myself and the dealership. Not only would I recommend others to go there. I would drive them up there and make sure they are introduced to the two wonderful Imperial Chevrolet employees that made my car buying experience the best I have ever had! More

We test drove two trucks, and Firas was very knowledgeable about each of them. After some thought, but not too much thought (!), having owned a 1998 Silverado for 17 years, we decided on the 2015 Chevy Silverado. Firas explained everything as we went through the actual purchase. Within a matter of a couple of hours, we owned the Silverado. When we went to pick up the truck, he explained all of the buttons (smile). He helped us with our trial period for OnStar.
