We ended up going as far as Stockton, but going that distance was well worth it! I wouldn't buy another Toyota from anywhere else. Kevin Hamlin was awesome. He spent a lot of time with us, educating us, searching for the exact model we were looking for, and handholding us through the entire process. He engaged with us via our preferred channel of communication, which is phone/email, and was responsive and considerate in everything he did. We picked up our new Toyota yesterday, and we're very happy with the service we received: the responsiveness and courtesy, the discount, and the overall shopping experience. Toyota Town of Stockton gets two thumbs way, way up from us, and Kevin Hamlin is your man! More

My lease was due to be up in January on a 2013 so I was not looking forward to trying to find my next car. I knew I wanted a 2015 Because I've loved driving it since the complete reconfigure on the model. I talked to Kevin Hamlin, the Internet Director for Toyota Town on Friday with info on what I wanted, meet him on Saturday at the dealership so see what he had found. It's apparently not easy to find a Blue RAV4 without a black interior but Kevin found it, (along with extra features that I hadn't asked for but that I am thrilled to have!) he fetched it and had it ready for me to drive off the lot by Tuesday afternoon. I could not be a happier grandma ! Thanks Kevin, really appreciate your professional handling of finding a new car for me. Glenda Carella More
