Ahmed Alnaimi knew how to treat customers, with respect. He did not ask the standard questions to figure out how much money the customer has to spend. When it came time to buy, Ahmed explained price breakdown, offered where to cut costs even to come back later if preferred. I was given straight forward input regarding my trade in. Dealer Profit was made, but at current prices the sales process was adult, professional and much less stressful than anticipated. After owning/driving the vehicle for several days and Ahmed's input, this vehicle achieves my price and feature objectives. More

Ahmed, our sales person was very friendly and helpful when we wanted to go back and forth a few times on items in the deal. We had a few miscommunications from calling in vs online pricing and then deale when we wanted to go back and forth a few times on items in the deal. We had a few miscommunications from calling in vs online pricing and then dealership add ons and he understood and fixed those items until we felt comfortable with the pricing. Malcom, our finance manager was friendly and fast. The whole process took just over 3 hours. More

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received when buying a new car. Ahmed Alnaimi was an excellent salesman and made the purchasing easy. The experience would not have been so terrible if they didn't end up changing my payment amount and due date after I drove the vehicle home. I walked into the dealership knowing what car I wanted, and i didn't end up changing my payment amount and due date after I drove the vehicle home. I walked into the dealership knowing what car I wanted, and it still took 8 hours to buy the car. After some great negotiation, I was able to remove the $1500 "non-mandatory" charge for extra specs I didn't ask for but they applied anyway. I am very happy with the car I chose to purchase, but I am disappointed with Honda. After I get home, the finance office called me because they made a mistake and needed to charge me more taxes, even though all the paperwork was already signed by both parties. After over an hour in the phone, they increased my payment so that it was over my budget and also moved up my first payment date by over 2 weeks without telling me. More
