Best Dealership Experience Ever Was looking for an SUV to compete with the big boys on the road. I found a Honda Pilot at Precision Acura that was newly listed...so new that pictures Was looking for an SUV to compete with the big boys on the road. I found a Honda Pilot at Precision Acura that was newly listed...so new that pictures weren't even up yet. Sent in an inquiry on Sunday; Tuesday I bought the Pilot. Ahmed Heba, my salesman, was very patient with my, ahem, quirks and for that I thank him. His manager also, with whom I enjoyed talking cars, gets major kudos. Neither of them rushed me in my decisions and let me take my time about both trading in my car and the actual purchase of the Pilot. I have gone to dealerships before and I have honestly never had such a pleasant buying experience. But the story doesn't end there. Today I went out and the Pilot wouldn't start. Called AAA and got a boost. Called up Ahmed, told him the problem and he said bring the car to the Service Department and they would look at it. Turns out the Pilot's battery had a bad cell in it. Battery was replaced free of charge with no hassle. I highly recommend Precision Acura. It was a very relaxing experience, with absolutely no pressure. I don't think you can say that about many car dealerships these days. If you're in the market for a new or used car, go to Precision and see Ahmed. You will not be disappointed!! More

Most dealerships you go into these days you find salesman more concerned about themselves and feel immediate pressure. This was not the case at Precision Acura as there was no pressure at all. Ahmed was very helpful and took his time to answer all our questions in detail. He went way out of his way and returned our old car that was at the end of our lease to another dealership which was a huge help and stress off my plate. Again, the most important part is that we didn't feel pressured into a decision and ended up with the car we wanted at a fair price. I would highly recommend Ahmed and thanks for the great experience! More

My initial contact were with Carolynn and Charlie, and they were a big help over the phone before I came in to test drive the car. If it wasn't for Carolynn reaching back out to me, I probably wouldn't be owning this car. I had a lot of contact with Charlie from beginning to end; he is professional, thorough, caring, and always responds in a timely manner. Ahmed was the salesman and he was helpful too. I'm a slow decision maker, but he would put with me during the process. He likes to move quickly, but he does it in a friendly and caring manner. He answered all my questions and if he couldn't, he got his manager right away. He responded via phone when needed very quickly as well. Daniel and Derrick helped me the day I picked up the vehicle, and their help and support was top notch as well. Thank you to everyone for making my first car buying experience an enjoyable one! More

I should say that the sales team of Precision Acura of Princeton (Christian, Charlie, Mitchell and Ahmed, the members we interacted with) was the most cordial, informative and customer oriented team we ever interacted with. Christian took time to explain every feature, not just the technical aspects but functional aspects as well of the two models that we were considering in an objective manner. All of our questions were answered unambiguously. That helped both my wife and I get rid of the dilemma and choose the model that we should go with.
