This is my forth Acura purchased from Precision Acura and Ahmed Heba, and I have to be honest - I go to this dealership because of Ahmed as well as the friendly atmosphere. I know Ahmed truly cares for his customers and treats me just like family and never ever puts any pressure on me! He is always very honest and helps me to make an informed decision as well as giving me as much time as I need. I know buying a car can be a very stressful event but it always turns out to be pleasant when dealing with Ahmed - I know he always has my best interest at heart! And I can't leave out the dealership - Precision Acura - is great too and always follows up with me after my purchase as does Ahmed. Everyone at the dealership is always so friendly and my comfort is always taken into consideration as I'm offered drinks and snacks : ) And I just love the Acura cars - lots of options are standard and I've never had any issues with any of the cars I've purchased from the TL, TSX and ILX. I initially spoke with Mitchell Brenner over the phone about the Acura TL for both financing and leasing options and he was able to listen to my needs in a vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Ahmed Heba and he had two vehicles for me to view and test drive. There was no waiting around as the buying experience was made even better by Ahmed's hospitality. Upon choosing my new Acura TL, I then met with the business Manager Derek Battle. This is usually the most painful part of the process as they are always trying to sell some aftermarket stuff to you and drag out the paperwork. To my surprise......this part was fast and handled in a professional manner ( about 15 minutes).. KUDOS to everyone at Precision Acura!! More

Our salesman Ahmed was extremely courteous and friendly, treated us like his family and answered all our questions and took us for a test drive. With Eric he quickly processed our paperwork and made the sale easy and fun. I had to tell my daughter that is slightly unusual for a used car buying experience as everyone we dealt with friendly, honest and knowledgeable.
