My wife is expecting and we were looking for a new family car to buy that will meet our needs. Initially we thought of the 2013 RDX but after careful consideration and Ahmed’s advice, we opted to get the 201 car to buy that will meet our needs. Initially we thought of the 2013 RDX but after careful consideration and Ahmed’s advice, we opted to get the 2012 MDX, which we eventually thought was the right decision. He is direct to the point and very friendly. Thanks to Ahmed, he helped us save time “shopping around” and gave us a very good deal. Our meeting with the finance guy Eric was also a breeze, probably because of my excellent credit and complete requirements. Overall Ahmed is commendable and we highly recommend him. More

We went in looking for trading in our car for maintence free car. We were just started looking on the lot at the used cars and Ahmed came out an approached us. We had a good amount of time on the test drive and walked out of the dealership a couple hours later with what we wanted to acheive, which was turning in our car for a new used car. Ahmed knew exactly how to treat me and worked to make my purchase a great experience. What he said the costs were going to be.....were actually the costs that I saw on the agreement! Imagine that....a dealer that actually stands behind their word and doesn't have any of those extra surprise costs at closing! I drove over 1 hour to this dealership because of Jacqui and Ahmed and I could not be any more pleased with the experience! I know I can trust this dealership and would suggest anyone in the market looking for an Acura needs to visit this place! Salesman and sales manager provided contradictory information about vehicle, this was trust breaker. Vehicle was not available on the day I wanted to test drive as sales manager was driving it. When I went following day vehicle was not clean at all from and outside as well as inside. For my trade-in car I was quoted very low and when I asked the reason I was told that my car has close to 60k miles whereas it only had 34k miles and they accused me of giving wrong information to them. So I took him out and showed him the odometer reading, he acknowledged that actual miles (34k) but offer for my car was still same. Not only they falsely accused me of giving wrong information, they didn't really admit their mistake. I bought the car from another dealer little far from my home shortly after this sour experience with Precision Acura. UPDATE 08/10/2012 I got call from Neil K at Precision Acura and he sincerely apologized on behalf of staff that I dealt with. He assured me of better experience if I do business with them again. I will post another update/review after I visit them, possibly for my car service. More

My husband and I knew what used car we wanted to go look at. Ahmed was the first to greet us and be as helpful as possible.
