While the dealer is supposed to do this for you, in my case the vehicle came equipped with the previous owner's phone book, music files and even a CD left in the changer. One of the speakers was blown out, which I detected within a few days of taking possession of the car. Precision happily replaced the speaker and I have experienced zero problems with the car ever since. More

I visited Ahmed to explore leasing a new TL. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and showed me many of them during the test drive. After sleeping on the deal, I called back in the morning and spoke with Mike regarding my payoff details and was able to get into the vehicle I wanted with all the options I wanted that same day. The overall process was painless and I even told Ahmed that it was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I feel very good about the deal that we agreed to. Delivery was a breeze, with all paperwork prepared and ready when I arrived. Eric was very knowledgeable and professional during the paperwork signing. I had a great experience at Princeton Precision Accura last week. I was looking for a used vehicle and did some searching before visiting this dealership. He took me on a test drive and we noticed a few minor things which he committed to get the car serviced prior to the sale. After servicing he again took me on a test drive saying "I want to make sure you are satisfied", and also raised the satisfaction question after the test drive. Based on my searches, the car was priced right and they accepted my offer with no haggling at all. I recommend this dealership and thank Ahmed for his assistance and excellent committment to customer satisfaction. More

Our interactions with everyone at the dealership were excellent, starting from the salesperson Ahmed to his manger Mike, then Frank and the finance guy, Phil. Starting from the test drive (we leased an MDX) to the final signatures on the papers, the entire process was very smooth. In fact, we had almost finalized a deal with another Acura dealership but decided to come back to Precision due to Ahmed's better offer and the flexibility they showed in handling our case with the bank (ours was a little complicated due to our immigration status but Precision managed to get all approvals in time without causing us any frustration or wasting too much time). Overall, a great experience in terms of quality of people and service; hoping that the car is also that great and we keep coming back to Precision for future purchases. More
