I wanted to drive a comparable car with similar features and prices to the Audi and see if I liked anything as much. I have been loyal to the Audi brand for many years and never considered myself a BMW driver and wasn't expecting much from BMW. When I walked in the dealership I was helped by a kind and genuine salesman named Ahmed who opened my eyes to the superior driving experience and aesthetics of the BMW. Car buying, as we all know, is often an unpleasant experience fraught with the constant feeling that you are being taken for a ride. This was never the case with Ahmed. He was honest and interested in what I wanted the car for and how I would use it. He asked all the right questions and pointed me in the direction of a vehicle that I loved. There was no pressure selling and he helped me navigate a lease that I was happy with and that worked for our families needs. Thank you! More

A Very Happy Customer i was looking for a few things when i selected my most recent car: 4WD or AWD, decent gas mileage, sporty exterior & a luxurious interior. checked ou i was looking for a few things when i selected my most recent car: 4WD or AWD, decent gas mileage, sporty exterior & a luxurious interior. checked out quirk jeep, herb chambers ford, quirk kia, and quirk subaru. to my surprise, the car that caught my eye was a used bmw x3 in one of the quirk lots. the service that i received at herb chambers ford was superior to any of the 3 quirk locations, and i have to admit that the recent herb chambers billboard marketing campaign intrigued me. after doing some online research, i went to herb chambers bmw in boston (allston), looking for a used x1 or x3. parking is brutal in this area, but ahmed met us on the curb and personally saw to it that our car was safely parked around the corner. he was pleasant and polite and he made us feel very comfortable. once in the showroom, he asked me a few questions, and i asked a few of him. he did a great job of explaining my options and the features of each model and i actually decided to pursue a 328i x-type instead of an suv. he took good mental notes and showed me to 2 cars, virtually identical. with slightly different mileage; both were beautiful and essentially perfect. i liked that he let my lady and i take a spin in the car, on our own. after a nice drive around brookline and brighton, we knew that we were going to buy the car; it was amazing! when we returned, ahmed did a solid job of walking us through the transaction and keeping us comfy. i appreciated that herb chambers dealerships dont haggle during used car transactions, because that process is always annoying. we purchased a certified pre-owned 2011 328i x-type and the price was appropriate. met with miguel in finance and ended up getting the tire package and the maintenance package. i never know whether or not i should invest in these optional agreements, but miguel talked me into them and locked in a 5 year rate for a 6 year billing agreement, to keep my payment below $500 monthly. went back to the dealership the next day. the car was a little delayed, but we left very, very happy. ahmed has checked in a couple of times via text to make sure that we are enjoying the car, and we sure are. i highly recommend herb chambers bmw boston, especially ahmed. he really put us at ease, made the process easy, and sold us an awesome car More

Ahmed is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need (want), and provide the top-notch customer service that is rarely found in the car-buying experience. I cannot emphasize enough how much better the car buying experience with Ahmed is, when compared to the "average" car-buying experience.
