Amhed did whatever it took to get me the right cars to test drive and, once I decided on the one I wanted, went out of his way to make sure every single issue was addressed to my satisfaction. Aaron Allsopp (manager) helped keep the ball rolling when there was a lot of customers in the place, and Nicole was very nice helping us through the financial details and forms etc. Even after weeks after the sale Ahmed was available to address a couple of issues that arose. Overall the team made it my first positive car-buying experience (and I've had a lot of them!)! More

He made the whole experience very pleasant and professional. Ahmed worked with me to determine what was the right vehicle for me, no sales pressure (he allowed me to think things through) & helped me negotiate the pricing. On the day I picked up the car he literally ran through the showroom for me so that I could get my car registration done before the service person left for the day saving me another trip back into Boston. I have seen negative posts, although mostly they seem to be about the service department which I have not used at this point. Maybe I was just lucky and got the best guy there to work with! More

Well, long story short - Ahmed is a great salesman. He was very professional during the whole sales process. Test drives were fun and very informative, I got a chance to learn a lot about the car and additional services. Having been driving Mercedes for over 10 years, I thought it's going to be hard to switch to a BMW. In full disclosure, I like the new 3series more than the C-class (even the newest model) but I also appreciated Ahmed's attitude which made me very comfortable. We struggled a bit on the price, but that's normal. Ahmed was able to get me a great offer which I did not have to think twice about. I really appreciated his attention to detail, friendliness and post-sale follow ups. It's been 3 months now since I've picked up my new 3series and I'm still in touch with Ahmed who likes to check in once in a while to see if everything is OK with the car. That's something I really appreciate and recommend everyone to go straight to Ahmed's desk if you're looking for a new BMW. More

I was eye-in a fair amount of time evaluating and buying cars :-). Had an pleasant and hassle-free car-buying experience with HerbChambers of Boston. I was eye-ing a good deal for a CPO vehicle and found Herb of Boston had some of the lowest priced deals around NE. My sales advisor was Ahmed, who was extremely helpful and answered all the question I had. He also was pretty knowledgeable. There was some haggling on the price of the trade-in, but they did have a very low rate already, so it was not a bad deal. The out of door process was very efficient once the deal was set. Justin from finance also helped beat the current APR deal I got from my bank and was not pushy about all those paintguard/tire extra options. Ahmed was not only great during the car deal process but came through with multiple calls after I took delivery of the car to answer any other questions I had including on bluetooth, BMW assist etc. He even mailed the set of keys i forgot in my trade-in without the need for me to go pick them up. Overall I recommend these folks for hassle free experience. But do your research first! More
