Amazing dealership - Highly recommended I bought a BMW 328i xdrive M sports model 2 months ago and it was an absolute pleasure. My salesperson was Ahmed and he was a true gentleman. He kne I bought a BMW 328i xdrive M sports model 2 months ago and it was an absolute pleasure. My salesperson was Ahmed and he was a true gentleman. He knew all the in's and out's of the car and he helped me throughout the entire process. Got my car registered within 2 days. My business manager was Omar and he has gone out of his way to get me the best deal possible in terms of both financing and coverage. Special shout-out to him! Lastly Dan, my service advisor was super quick in analyzing any problems with the car and his team was very efficient in fixing it. He's recommendations were very useful The BMW team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance even after I bought the car. More

He answered all questions during the test drive for my wife and I, and after, on the phone and by email.. He made sure that the right car was located for us and we received benefit of the latest lease offer from BMW. He has since helped with floor mats to velcro stickers for the EZ pass sensor. He is a full service sales representative, whom I would recommend highly to anybody! Edwin is great at explaining all the features of the new X3, and is ready to help at any time! We have seen him twice. Ahmed and Edwin make a great pair! More

Not taken seriously So I came in to discuss the excessive brake dust that has continually been on my front wheel rims since you replaced our brakes two years ago, as well So I came in to discuss the excessive brake dust that has continually been on my front wheel rims since you replaced our brakes two years ago, as well as for a squeaking noise from front brakes when braking and turning. The customer service person was dismissive and basically asked me if I wanted a car wash. He seemed to think I’d be satisfied with that solution (and that’s what I had come in for) —addressing me like I was a woman who didn’t know what I was talking about. I then told him that I was also there for the squeal. In the end, the brakes were replaced. Noise is gone and interestingly, we are no longer getting the brake dust that we endured for 2 years. Given how soon we had to replace the brakes and that the brake dust that would make our rims black within 2 weeks of a car wash (yes 2 weeks! as I explained to him and he told me this was “normal”), there was clearly something wrong with the brakes that you had replaced. But based on how your service rep talked to me, it’s probably all in my pretty little head. More

Creating an atmosphere where you are made to feel genuinely welcomed and respected for choosing them out of the plethora of BMW dealers. This is where my journey begins ... I’ve learned in life that sometimes less says more and in my particular instance, a 15-year business relationship with Herb Chambers BMW says it all. Working with the very informative and enthusiastic Ahmed Jabrane over the years has created an excellent relationship and a seamless transition from vehicle to vehicle. On my latest journey, I had the pleasure of securing the deal with Jano Letaif. Jano is one of 2 sales managers who is seated in the front of the dealership. Eager to assist, advise, research and most importantly listen to your wants, needs, and budget. Putting her monthly quota aside, she is there to make a sale which will leave you smiling and full of enthusiasm. Her warm, sincere, friendly smile makes you feel as if you are part of the family. Soft-spoken and very respectful with a listening ear for your thoughts, not numbers. Never pushed to purchase a particular model but eager to provide numbers to make an executive decision that suits your budget, life, and most importantly desires. Let’s be honest purchasing a BMW is not a status quo but a profound commitment to engineering, quality, reliability, and remarkable style. Jano, I thank you for making this experience as seamless as could possibly be. I know at times I was a bit rough around the edges but always with a smile. Thank you for putting up with my questions, uncertainty, schedule, and all emails which were responded too in a most timely fashion.
